Sometimes the UFO instant pack always been helpful for easy cooking. I know it gives out with the problem at the end but delicious too. When it taste good, will you have a mind to leave it without eating? Anyways good article.

But can you tell me whether these noodles are suitable for someone on the GI diet - http://www.lovelifehatediets.co.uk/diets/the-gi-diet.html

Thanks

Yoshi-yakiniku-domono!

You need to find a friendly local Asian grocery store that offers yakisoba kits in the refrigerated section with fresh noodles. We pick these up often at the local Korean grocery store, because we K-folk are pretty damn cool.

You stir fry the meat and vegs of your choice, then the noodles, combine and then open up the packets of powdered “sauce” and mix well. Delicious!

UFO is crazy bad tasting. Good smelling, but leaves much to be desired and a bad stomachache.

I’ll let you know if the street yakisoba is still any good. I should be in Tokyo next Friday. :-)
